This coffee is from Aurelio Villatoro. Not only does Aurelio have his own farms, but he and his family have erected a few wet mill sites in their local communities. His lot is from his newest mill in the La Libertad region, "Punta del Cerro", which is managed by him and his brother Aler. The Punta Del Cerro farm is right across the road from the mill, situated in a valley between two steep mountain sides, providing perfect topography for growing coffee, and ideal shade provision from the surrounding natural forest. In this area, coffee tops out about 1750 meters due to the colder climate here.
